Shipping & Returns

Orders take 5-10 business days for completion plus shipping time. If you need your order faster, please contact us and we can usually accommodate your needs. It is very rare we can't accommodate a rush order, but please be aware that rush orders will be more difficult to fill around holiday times. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with its tracking number. Please note that we are not responsible for damaged or late arriving items once they have been shipped unless insurance was purchased by you through USPS or if shipped by FedEx.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, please keep in mind that all products are handmade and there will be variations that make your product unique, including color, materials and workmanship. And, colors are rendered differently on different computer monitors, so we will not be responsible for color choices.

We cannot return personalized or custom orders items unless we have made an error. All personalized orders, including color, spelling, etc., will be confirmed with you to avoid an error. Hair accessories may also not be returned due to health regulations.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will try to correct the problem. Please contact Chic Boutique Creations within 7 days if you have an issue with your order and we will do what we can to rectify the situation. You will be responsible for shipping an item back to us. Only item costs are refunded; Shipping is not.
